Article 5 — Subscriptions and Pricing

5.2 Price Changes

MonIPTV reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time. Price changes do not apply to active subscriptions. The User will be informed of any changes before their subscription renews.

5.3 Payment

Payment is made using the methods available on the site (credit/debit card, PayPal, or any other available payment method). Payment is due in full at the time of subscription.

Article 6 — Duration and Renewal

6.1 Subscription Duration

The subscription takes effect from the moment the User receives their credentials and runs for the duration chosen at the time of purchase (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or any other available option).

6.2 Renewal

MonIPTV subscriptions do not renew automatically. Users wishing to renew must place a new order before their current subscription expires. A reminder may be sent by email before the expiry date.

6.3 Expiry

Upon expiry of the subscription, access to the Service is automatically suspended. No personal data is retained beyond the period necessary to handle requests.

Article 7 — Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

7.1 Free Trial

MonIPTV may offer a free 1-hour trial allowing the User to test the Service before making any financial commitment. Trial conditions are specified on the site.

7.2 Refund Policy

In accordance with our Refund Policy, a refund may be requested within 7 days of subscribing, provided the conditions defined in that policy are met. After this deadline, no refund will be granted.

7.3 Exceptions

No refund will be granted in the following cases:

• Proven use of the Service during the withdrawal period.
• Breach of these Terms by the User.
• Issues related to the User's equipment or internet connection.
• Requests submitted after the 7-day deadline.

Article 8 — User Obligations
